Tequila
Tequila is a clear white liquor distilled from the juice of the blue agave plants grown in Mexico. The juices are extracted from the heart of the plant (agave azu tequilana weber) and are distilled twice.

Tequila, a standard ingredient in most Long Island Iced Teas, tends to heavily alter the taste of such a drink. As such, not relying on it or using it makes for a much lighter and smoother drink.

The Tequila and Whiskey are mixed in the bottom of the shot glass. The Baileys is to act like the 'wax' in a shotgun shell and is layered on top of the whiskey/tequila mix.

Frozen Mudslide 2 oz. Kahlua 2 cups Vanilla icecream 2 oz.

1 tbsp creme de menthe
1 tbsp Galliano® herbal liqueur
1 slice lemon
Combine the gin, rum, vodka, tequila, creme de menthe, Galliano and ice in the container of a blender. Cover, and blend until slushy.
