Everytime I use the tool that is the internet to find information, whether it be for the weather or a drink recipe, this ridiculous America vs Canada thing comes up. Last time I checked, kids werent allowed to drink.
An instant read thermometer is a good tool. Insert it into the thickest part of the meat, away from the bone, to measure the internal temperature of the food.
Twists and spirals can both be made relatively easily with a channel knife tool. Try making twists by running the channel knife tool lengthwise along a lemon (or other citrus fruit), and make spirals by running the channel knife around a lemon.
Jigger: A two sided measuring tool with different measures on each side. They come in various sizes.
