Deciduous Forest A type of forest in which the dominant species of trees and other woody vegetation are those species that shed their leaves during the cold months of the year and re-grows new leaves the next spring in time for the growing season.

Wood Treatment Facility
An industrial facility which treats lumber and other wood products for outdoor use. The process involves use of chromated copper arsenate and other toxic chemicals which are regulated as hazardous materials.
Mistletoe seeds are extremely sticky and often latch onto birds' beaks or feathers or the fur of other woodland creatures, hitchhiking to a likely host tree before dropping off and starting to germinate.
