1. The radial distance from the centre of a wellbore to the point where there is no lowering of the water table or potentiometric surface (the edge of the cone of depression); 2.
bubble radius The maximum radial distance away from a biosparging well where the effects of sparging are observable. Analogous to radius of influence of an air sparging well.
