Relative Humidity - This is the ratio between the actual water vapor content of the atmosphere and the maximum water vapor content possible at that given temperature.

relative humidity A dimensionless ratio, expressed in percent, of the amount of atmospheric moisture present relative to the amount that would be present if the air were saturated.

Relative Humidity: The amount of water vapor that exists in air compared to the maximum possible water vapor in air for the same temperature and pressure.

RH: Relative humidity.
RSP: Respirable suspended particles.
Residual: Amount of a pollutant remaining in the environment after a natural or technological process has taken place.

Microclimate measurement station used to measure wind speed, wind direction, solar radiation, relative humidity, temperature, and soil moisture.

Desiccators contain a substance, such as anhydrous calcium chloride, which absorbs moisture and keeps the relative humidity near zero so that the dish or sample will not gain weight from absorbed moisture.

It measures temperature, air pressure, and relative humidity from the ground to a maximum altitude of about 19 miles (30.4 kilometers) above Earth's surface. Rain gauge:container that catches rain and measures the amount of rainfall.

Relative Humidity Ratio of the amount of water vapor in air at a specific temperature to the maximum capacity of the air at that temperature.
