Transmissivity: A measure of the capability of the entire thickness of an aquifer to transmit water. Also known as coefficient of transmissivity.

a huge mass of land ice that consists of recrystallized snow and moves slowly downslope or outward.

These springs are commonly thermal springs and discharge at uniform rates without great seasonal fluctuation. They commonly occur along faults or other structural features such as axial fractures along the crests of anticlines.
