Astral Temple
The astral temple is a magical realm of creation through techniques that incorporate meditation,
visualization, and energy direction.
Astral Temple or Chamber:
Once you have successfully been able to jump into your astral body, you may then wish to construct a temple for ritual work. Here I will give two examples. A basic or starter, and a move advanced one.
I visualized the pyramid of the square standing in the middle of my astral temple. As I did so, the temple darkened, and the pyramid became more clearly visible. The top was black with the letter Tal (M) in white.
If worse comes to worse, you can invent a symbol for yourself, something simple that you can draw on a piece of paper. Such a symbol can be a place, but not everyone can accomplish the work with only a symbol as an astral temple.
So in a sense, the alchemical vessel can be a protective interior symbol, just like the circle of the ceremonial magician, or the astral temple of a working esoteric lodge, or the breathing exercises of a meditation tradition.
