Immortality
The quality of not being subject to death, to last forever, to be imperishable. What most religions offer " the hope of some kind of personal or general continuity, even after death.

Its immortality as a form is limited only to its life-cycle or the Mahamanvantara; after which it is one and identical with the Universal Spirit, and no longer a separate Entity.
Physical immortality is not the objective of esoteric development, it is simply one of the by products of the process.
