Incarnation
The embodiment of a Godhead in human or animal form. The concept of incarnation is prevalent in all religions. In Christianity Jesus Christ, supposedly God, became man.

There is a good deal more to Giegerich's story, but our focus is on the Incarnation. Given the radical split between God and the world, what is the meaning of the Incarnation for Giegerich?

Avatar is similar to the Christian concept of incarnation but is different in two significant ways.

Incarnation -- Manifestation of the soul as a three-fold personality, under the Law of Rebirth.

Incarnation The unification of the etheric double with the dense physical body; the taking of a dense physical body; a definitely determined period (from the angle of soul) wherein experiment, experience and expression are the keynotes.

Reincarnation
Image of Reincarnation. I first noticed this striking image is in the local Crossways (Krishna Consciousness cheap food) center in Melbourne.

Reincarnation, or Re-birth; the once universal doctrine, which taught that the Ego is born on this earth an innumerable number of times. Now-a-days it is denied by Christians, who seem to misunderstand the teachings of their own gospels.

Currently, reincarnation is experiencing an increase in popularity in the West, as some Christians find the reincarnation of the soul a more attractive proposition.

The shin, therefore, symbolizes the Incarnation. A scribe asked Jesus what was the greatest of all the Commandments. Jesus replied, "Shema Yisrael, Adonai Elohenu, Adonai Echad" (Mark 12:29). The first word, shema, is spelled shin, mem, ayin.

Incarnation Incarnation, which literally means enfleshment, refers to the conception, and live birth of a sentient creature (generally human being) who is the material manifestation of an entity or force whose original nature is immaterial.

The beginner will find what he needs, and will build on this in later incarnations; while the advanced student will also find that DK has given us a wealth of information that has never been given out by the Hierarchy before.

A soul that wanted to take incarnation in this world had to cross each planet's orbit and make an agreement with that planet's "soul" or intelligent principle (its genius).

Vishnu's first avatara or incarnation on earth was, according to the Shataoatha-Brahmana, as a fish known as Matsya (the Sanskrit word for fish).

Reincarnation is another essential component of Buddhism. Buddhists believe that humans are re born after dying, and adhere to the notion that most humans go through many cycles of birth, life, death and rebirth.

But with the incarnation of that spirit a consonant (sin or shin = s) is added, forming the Pentagrammaton IHSVH and making these vowels pronounceable.

Ankh: The most famous Egyptian hieroglyphic, the Ankh symbolizes life, love and reincarnation. It is often worn around the neck and is shaped like a cross with a loop on top.
