Law of cause and

Sometimes when men first realise the inexorability of the Divine law of cause and effect, they feel themselves helpless in the grasp of a destiny against which it is useless to struggle.

Karma The Law of Cause and Effect. Physical action. The Law of Retribution. Karma of merit / demerit. The whole universe is conditioned by this law. Moral effect of an act committed which gratifies personal desire.

This is simply the law of cause and effect, and instead of getting too occult or mystical a concept of it we would better think of it simply as something into which we think, and which returns to the thinker what he thinks into it.

Karma (Sans.) Physically, action; Metaphysically, the LAW of RETRIBUTION; the Law of Cause and Effect or Ethical Causation. It is Nemesis only in the sense of bad Karma.

Karma - the law of cause and effect - maintains and perpetuates this unpleasant existence of suffering and endless death and rebirth.

The Dhamma may be called the law of cause and effect, both of which embrace the entire body of the Buddha's teachings; and, whether Buddhas, Gautama or others, arise or not, the Four Noble Truths exist.

Karma: Karma follows the law of cause and effect. It is the belief that what one's actions do in this lifetime, will carry over to the next life and lives to come.
