Mental plane -- The plane of the mind where the mental processes take place.

Mental Plane.--Just between the Spiritual and the physical. The three planes intersphere each other.
Mental Science.--The science of Mind and Spirit. A systematic knowledge of the laws of the Mental and Spiritual World.

The Mental Plane through which we commonly experience awareness is shown by the conventional zodiac, therefore we can say the astrological zodiac signs exist on the Mental Plane.

The mental plane upon which the heaven-life takes place, is the third of the five great planes with which humanity is at present concerned, having below it the astral and the physical, and above it the buddhic and the nirvânic.

Thanks largely to the Hierarchy moving closer to humanity, the mental plane has been seeded with new ideas and has caused change to be initiated by those who respond to these energies.
