The immutable rule is that the Agent or emissary should not be punished for the guilt of the employer (127).

The corresponding Rays for each zodiac sign reflect the quality of the element because they function as one third of an elemental angle.

This immutable law of cause and effect is spoken of as Karma (action) in Theosophy. Each action - using the word to include all forms of activity, mental, moral, physical - is a cause and must work out its full effect.

Gemini (May 21 - Jun 20) - is the mutable/air sign. Using their communicative skills, Geminis adapt to any situation they encounter. However, they must learn to speak with candor instead of simply repeating what others want to hear.
