Summoner
According to the lore of Witches the summoner was an important person during the time of the Inquisition. He let the Witches know the time and place where the rituals was to be held. He frequently was referred to as the man in black.

For example, an angry thought will cause a flash of red, the thought-form vibrating so as to produce red; that flash of red is a summons to the elementals and they sweep in the direction of the summoner, and one of them enters into the thought-form, ...
