The Wands throughout this suit are always in leaf, as it is a suit of life and animation. Emotionally and otherwise, the Queen's personality corresponds to that of the King, but is more magnetic.

Divinatory meaning
Upright - Conduct that is honourable. Great good fortune that is now a burden due to it's demanding nature and demands on time.

The Tarot Suit of Wands
The Minor Arcana of the Tarot is comprised of four suits: Wands, Cups, Swords and Pentacles. Each suit is made up of cards numbered from one to ten and four court cards: King, Queen, Knight and Page.

Wands: Creation, action, movement, and transformation abound in this suit. Often attributed to enthusiastic, adventrerous people, the suit of Wands embody the passionate energy of Fire.

Suits: Wands, Cups, Swords and Coins
Notes: An attractive and unusual deck of tarot cards. Called "Gold Edition", and there is use of the color gold on both the faces of the cards and on the back. We've never seen any other edition.

Two of Wands
The Two of Wands--so often portrayed on this card as crossed wands--imply a deadlock due to energies working at cross-purposes.

The casting of the divination sticks (or wands or coins) fell according to a "Supraconscious Intelligence" working through the operator of the sticks.

The wands suit corresponds with the modern clubs suit; cups with hearts; swords with spades; and pentacles with diamonds. Each suit has 14 cards, with numbered cards from ace to ten and four unnumbered face cards: king, queen, knight, and knave.

Objects included in magical workings (ancient and modern) often include(d) knives (athames), swords, wooden wands, chalices, candles, salt, various containers (for holding herbs, incense, water, wine and other necessary items), ...
