Rayonism (or Rayonnism) is a style of abstract art that developed in Russia in 1911.

Rayonism represents one of the first steps toward the development of abstract art in Russia and was founded by Mikhail F. Larionov and his wife Natalia Goncharova.

Term derived from the word for ‘ray' (Rus. luch), used to refer to an abstract style of painting developed by the Russian artist Mikhail Larionov.
