The biceps brachii muscle does the following:
Flexes the arm at the elbow. This means that the biceps brachii muscle bends the arm at the elbow joint such that there is a decrease in the angle between the forearm and the upper arm.

Biceps Brachii - This segment of muscle tissue is linked to the forearm bone (the radius) and originates in the process of the scapula (shoulder blade).

Biceps brachii - Flexes and supinates forearm. Flexes arm
Brachialis - Flexes the forearm
Brachoradialis - Flexes, semi-supinates and semi-pronates the forearm
Triceps brachii - Extends forearm. Extends arm ...

Biceps brachii
In conjunction with the lats, the biceps assist in forward movement by doing some elbow flexion and while contracting, stabilise the shoulder joint through force applied by the long head of Biceps through the bicipital groove.

The Biceps brachii is a small muscle; it crosses both the shoulder and the elbow. The prime movement of the Biceps brachii is elbow flexion, as well as supination of the forearm.

ARMS - BICEPS BRACHII (BIS)
The Bicep is a pair of muscles composed of a short head and a long head. The Biceps originate from the scapula and insert on the radius.

biceps brachii the familiar "make a muscle" muscle that flexes the elbow joint. Additionally, the biceps supinates the forearm and helps raise the upper arm at the shoulder.

5) Kitai TA, Sale DG. Specificity of joint angle in isometric training.

A generic bench press utilizes pectoralis major, anterior deltoid, long head of biceps brachii and coracobrachialis to flex the shoulder. It also uses predominately triceps brachii and anconeous to produce elbow extension.

According to McCall, two different exercises that utilize the biceps brachii are the back row and the biceps curl.

The reverse curl is a great finisher on biceps day, hitting the brachialis and brachioradialis muscles while also finishing off the biceps brachii.
TRICEPS ...

(A brachiopod is a type of mollusk-like marine animal with an "arm-foot.) This is a muscle of the upper arm that is involved with flexing the elbow such as in a curl. It works along with the biceps brachii and the brachioradialis.
