Calisthenics
Calisthenics is a form of exercise consisting of a simple movements that are usually performed without equipment, using bodyweight as resistance and are intended to increase body strength, endurance and flexibility, e.g. push-ups.

Calisthenics- Exercising using one’s own body weight which helps develop muscular tone.

Calisthenics - Various movements that involve using your own bodyweight as resistance. Some examples include: jumping jacks, push-ups, or arm circles.

Calisthenics Exercises

Calisthenics:
Exercises in cadence for the purpose of muscular development.
Circuit Training:
This is a routine of selected exercises or activities performed in sequence at individual stations as rapidly as possible.

Calisthenics is a body strengthening workout that helps improve the fitness level of chosen muscle groups of the body. Consistent exercises such as sit-ups, crunches, squats, and push- ups help tone and strengthen muscles.

The purpose of this article, though, is to get to the weight-training, so we'll cover the bodyweight exercises (calisthenics) and sprinting only briefly. But again, it doesn't mean they're not important.

Many prenatal calisthenics programs are available. Experts advise, in general, that when exercising, the expectant mother's pulse rate should not exceed 70% to 75% of the maximum heart rate or more than 150 beats per minute.

After a 10-minute warm-up, you'll do calisthenics (pushups, crunches, stuff like that) and then get right into the techniques you use to stop an attacker—punches, kicks, elbows, knees, head butts, eye gouges, and throat strikes.

Warm-up - The 10-15-minute session of light calisthenics, aerobic exercise, and stretching taken prior to handling heavy bodybuilding training movements.

These intense workouts, which include calisthenics and interval training, improve your cardiovascular and muscular fitness while boosting your body confidence. Get through a boot camp class, and you can get through anything.

Instead, they are activities such as weight lifting, yoga, and calisthenics, that require short bursts of effort. Strength training burns calories, though not as many as aerobic activity.

3. Strength conditioning gives you a choice
Pick calisthenics, free weights or machines. Just be sure that your strength training includes exercises for every major muscle group, including the muscles of the arms, chest, back, stomach, hips and legs.

Aerobic exercise is good for each person. Aerobic fitness moves integrate rhythmic calisthenics or dance moves with stretching and strength training routines to provide a full-body exercise experience.

Clean your house. Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting can be quite a work out.
Do simple stretching and calisthenics exercises at your desk.
Do anything that gets you up and moving, and most importantly, HAVE FUN!!!!!
