This exercise isolates the biceps and is good for getting a peak contraction in the muscles.

 


Concentration Curls: Normally reserved near the end of a biceps routine, concentration curls are a great movement when you need peak. Sit on the edge of a bench leaning over with a dumbbell and your elbow braced against your inner thigh.
