Fitness EndogenousEndorphins

Endomorph's need to eat less then maintenance calories in order to burn up stored bodyfat for energy. 5-6 small meals spaced out every few hours during the day. These meals should be based around lean protein and green veggies.

Endomorphs are soft, round or curvy, and generally pear shaped (think Jennifer Lopez or Brittney Spears). They can gain muscle easily but have trouble losing weight especially fat.

Endomorphy
An endomorphic person (e.g. 711) is generally stocky, with a large round body, a short thick neck, short arms and legs, and with a tendency to store body fat.

Endomorph
A predominantly endomorphic individual typically has short arms and legs, as well as a large amount of mass on their shorter than normal frame. This hampers their ability to compete in sports requiring high levels of agility or speed.

Endomorph
An Endomorph's biggest concern should be the losing of fat and adopting a lifestyle that keeps it off. Strength training should be done to get a better muscle to fat ratio and therefore improve metabolism.

Endomorphs are characterized by a heavy, rounded build with shoulders usually narrower than their hips. They have a round, soft appearance and are more often overweight or obese.

ENDOMORPH: Body type characterizedby a heavy rounded build, often with a marked tendency toward obesity or being overweight.
ENZYME: A substance, usually a protein, that stimulates chemical changes and is formed in living cells.

Endomorph- A body shape characterized by a round face, short neck , wide hips, and heavy fat storage.
Endorphins- Opiate-like hormones that are manufactured in the body and contribute to natural feelings of well-being.

An Endomorph body type workout should be geared towards burning off more body fat directly from fat cells. This requires the frequent performance of low intensity, aerobic type workouts.

Everyone has a different bone structure and body type (mesomorph, ectomorph, endomorph or combination). It is not realistic to think that everyone can look like the Baywatch beauties or like Arnold Schwartzenagger.

We all have different body types, often referred to as the somatotypes: ectomorph, mesomorph & endomorph (most people are a combination of all 3 body types).

Exercise and balanced diet is the key to transform your body, but at times Working out is just not enough. Traditionally, bodies seem to fall in one of three categories: Ectomorphic, Mesomorphic, & Endomorphic.
