TUBING EXERCISES
SQUAT-
Place tubing under both feet. Spread feet shoulder width apart and bring handles up to shoulder level. Slowly bend at the knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Make sure your knees do not pass your toes.

Aerobic exercise is also known as cardio exercise (cardiovascular). It can improve heart function and diaphragm muscles and reduce the risk of arteriosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, and other diseases.

Exercise bikes can really help a particular person achieve a sexy and fit body. It will also lend a hand towards the achievement of goals when it comes to weight loss program and body building routines. Actually there are two kinds of exercise bikes.
