Forced reps are simple, do as many strict reps as you can without any assistance, then use a spotter to help you force another 2 or more reps out.

 


Forced Reps - Forced reps are a frequently used method of extending a set past the point of failure to induce greater gains in muscle mass and quality.

Forced reps - Reps that are performed after the weightlifter has reached the point of fatigue. These reps are performed with the assistance of a spotter or lifting partner.

4. Forced Reps - For the reluctant exerciser, every single rep of a workout is a forced rep. This is especially true when they have a mean trainer.

Forced Reps:
Additional repetitions of an exercise performed with the help of a partner when you're unable to do anymore reps on your own.
Freak:
Anyone with inhuman size or unproportional muscles. The person that makes you stare.

In strict form, barely being able to complete 12 reps with absolutely no forced reps. Sufficient rest between sets will allow for the performance of the same number of reps in the following sets.

Usually when you think of high intensity, you think of forced reps, descending sets, negatives, etc. Supersets are simply another method of increasing intensity.

With a several forced reps if one has a partner to stain one. One can choose any exercises one wants, however it is the best to have a fundamental movement first and then have an isolating movement.

Blitzing your muscles with lots of forced reps and descending sets might leave you feeling sore, but that doesn't mean you're going to grow any faster.

Train to failure on each set. Up your intensity with Drop Sets, Negatives, and Forced Reps on a couple of these exercises. Use your favorite mass building movements for the biceps. Here's a few possibilities:
