Everyone knows obesity is a potential time bomb by increasing the risks of getting heart diseases, strokes and certain types of cancers.

So as an example a 150lb (68kg) woman who is 165cm (1.65m) tall...
BMI = 68 ÷ (1.65 x 1.65)
= 68 ÷ 2.7
= 25 ...

i think muscle mass is a good thing but it can also be a negative thing. You look good and feel good, but size doesnt mean strength.
