MESOMORPH
A mesomorph has a large bone structure, large muscles and a naturally athletic physique. Mesomorphs are the best body type for bodybuilding. They find it quite easy to gain and lose weight.

Mesomorph's tend to be in the middle of the road as far as muscle mass and bodyfat. They generally have a naturally fit body, but to maintain it or improve it they need to exercise and diet correctly.

A mesomorphic person (e.g. 171) would be strongly built, with a broad muscular chest and shoulders, very muscular arms and legs, and little body fat.

A predominantly mesomorphic individual excels in strength, agility, and speed sports.

MESOMORPH
The build: Like a born athlete—wide shoulders with a narrow waist.
Tendency: You gain muscle easily and stay relatively lean.

MESOMORPH: Husky body type, with muscular build.
MONOUNSATURATED FAT: A fatty acid which contains one double bond.
NUTRIENT: A substance necessary to maintain life, health and reproduction in an organism.

Mesomorph- A body shape characterized by a large chest, long torso, solid muscle structure and significant strength.

Mesomorphs have medium to large frames and their shoulders are usually wider than their hips (think Madonna). They can get muscular easily and don't have a problem losing weight or fat.

A Mesomorph has a naturally fit body but to maintain it or improve it they should exercise and diet corretly for their type.

Typical mesomorphic types more susceptible to sleep apnea are thick-necked and stocky. 'Forward' Rugby union and league players are suspected of being vulnerable to the condition.
