#8 Seated Cable Rows
Seated cable rows have proven to be more of a staple in the routines of bodybuilders.

 


(A) Go over to the seated cable row machine and attach a rope to the cable extension. (B) Grab each side of the rope( one hand on each side) with a neutral grip and position yourself as if you were going to do seated cable rows.

According to Parsons, one of the biggest offenders is the seated cable row, an exercise where the person sits on a bench and pulls a handle attached to a low pulley toward their midsection.

14. Military Press or Dumbbell Military Press
15. Upright Row or Dumbbell Upright Row ...

Try supersets: two exercises performed back to back. For example, you might do a set of pushups immediately followed by a set of seated cable rows, then rest a minute before repeating.

This is the typical type of Superset where you use two different exercises for the same bodypart. An example of this doing a pulldown for the back then immediately doing a seated cable row for the back.
