Dumbell Skull Crusher
The skull crusher is an exercise for isolating the triceps. The triceps brachii is composed of three heads.

Skull Crusher:
The lying french press, in which you lower a barbell from full etension above your head down to your forehead and then extend at the elbows to press it back up.

Skull crushers/overhead extensions - Skull crushers can be done on a flat bench, use an EZ curl bar, point elbows straight up, keep elbows tucked in, lower weight to your forehead and extend.

Dumbell tricep extensions and skull crushers, if your elbows are OK, done after or alternatively with the board presses are helpful on bench days. The 10 sets of 5 is a great rep scheme here. These do not count as Lifts for the week.

Lying triceps extensions, also known as skull crushers and French extensions are a strength exercise used in many different forms of weight lifting.

(B) Lower the barbell to the upper pecs as if you were doing the eccentric part of a triceps "Skull Crusher" (lying triceps extension). However, instead of lowering the bar to your forehead, you're actually lowering it to your upper chest.

Decline dumbbell or E-Z bar extensions
Cable triceps press down with ropes or straight bar
Cable ropes overhead triceps extension

Incline barbell triceps extension
Close grip triceps push ups ...

It's the most overrated exercise I see women doing. Try skull crushers (or supine dumbbell extensions) instead. Lie faceup on a bench with your arms raised straight above you, a weight in each hand; slowly lower them to the sides of your forehead.
