Spot Reduction Myth
Contrary to what the infomercials suggest there is no such thing as spot reduction. Fat is lost throughout the body in a pattern dependent upon genetics, sex (hormones), and age.

Ok, let me clear this up once and for all: You can't "spot reduce" fat from one specific part of your body! You lose fat systemically. That means you can't control where it comes from.

Perform the following exercises on the spot
Double foot hops - knees slightly bent, keep the feet together at all times, bouncing on the toes rising no more than 2 to 3 inches off the ground ...
