Standing Dumbbell Curls
This exercise is similar to the barbell curl. It works the biceps and forearms.

1 light warm up set of 15 reps
2 heavier sets of 10 reps

I attribute my biceps peak to the way I perform standing dumbbell curls. I execute them in alternate style; one rep with my left arm, then one rep with my right arm, back to my left arm and so on.

Immediately follow with 12 repeititons of EZ bar curls or standing dumbbell curls. Rest and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 sets. Follow with 12 repetitions of triceps kickbacks or lying dumbbell extensions.
