Soybeans are an excellent source of lean protein and the primary source of non-animal protein for vegan and vegetarian populations.

So you've tried everything from being a vegan, to the zone, body for life, atkins, the peanut butter diet, diets found in fitness magazines, and even the latest and most popular south beach diet but you always end up tired, cranky, ...

It probably has to do with the digestive process because it's a little easier with a vegan diet, and I probably retain a lot less water. What I'm eating doesn't have much sodium, so I don't retain much water.

I'm wondering if the meal plan has options for vegans and vegetarians. Anyone have any idea? Just curious. I'm a very healthy vegan,I don't eat junk food or anything,but I would like to see a meal plan for someone like me.

The variation of vegetarianism that most often calls itself simply "vegetarian".

It is very difficult to follow the diet if you are vegan, macrobiotic or vegetarian, it is a diet really aimed at mast eaters. Plus, you do not get to eat a balanced diet, which most health professionals recommend.
