Layerage and cuttage are a means of propagation whereby parts of a plant are induced to develop roots. Layering is commonly used on larger branches and rooting occurs while the branch is still attached to the plant.
For cuttage grown plants, cover a third of each piece with the moist soil. Place the container in a shady area and keep it moist.
ASEXUAL - This is a means of propagation that does not include seed production. Therefore propagating by cuttage, dividing and layering.
