Check for moisture and water with the mister if it seems dry. Cover and put the tray back in the cool dark place. You should be seeing roots and sprouts in this timeframe.

The seeds need light to germinate, so sprinkle them on the surface of a container filled with commercial seed-starting soil moistened lightly with a mister.

Otherwise, watering from the "top down" can disturb your seeds or seedlings. Also, watering by using a light spray mister can work without disturbing the seeds or seedlings, if you're patient and careful.
