Nana Tsioupi won a garden competition in the spring, for her garden that was full of colour, and was justification for the hard work that had been spent establishing it.

'Nana'. Dwarf form, white flowers.
'Red Mill'. New growth is bright red, and white flowers are long-lasting.
'Temple Bells'. Dwarf form with new foliage that's bronzy orange; large white flowers.

"Nana" is dainty at only 6 inches and bears violet blue blossoms. "Red Fox" grows 15 inches tall and wide and has deep, rosy red blooms. And compact, little 8- to 10-inch "Heidekind" has rosy pink blooms. All require regular watering.

Steeped in history, mythology, folklore, and romance, the pomegranate needs little introduction.

The most common cultivars available are 'Nana' and 'Shillings/Stokes Dwarf'. 'Nana' produces a compact plant with small leaves. It will grow three to five feet tall in time, but can be kept smaller.
