Once the structure is in place, there are lots of options for benches, lights, mist propagation chambers, bottom heating units, potting areas, sinks and computer control systems. You can use drip irrigation, hoses or misters.
Don't just sow the seed and put them in the full sun or lay them out on a bench. Get a little propagation chamber from the nursery, which gives a nice humid environment, keep the temperature consistent, and keep the moisture of that media consistent.
