Soilless seed starting medium - A soilless seed starting medium will insuer that the seeds and seedlings are not killed by too much salt (or salinity) which is frequently found in soil or even regular soilless mixes.
Slip the seed flat into a clear plastic bag to keep the starting medium evenly moist, then place the flat in a warm, sunny spot. If possible, provide gentle bottom heat. Geranium seeds germinate best at 70 to 75 degrees.
