-- Similar to the sugar enhanced varieties, the kernels are measurably sweeter than normal sweet corn varieties and doesn't convert to starch as rapidly, allowing longer storage.

There are essentially three types of corn, normal sweet corn (abbreviated Su, Su+, or Su++), sugar enhanced (abbreviated Se, Se+, or EH), and super-sweet (abbreviated Sh2).

This is an early season (75 days) sugar enhanced hybrid. We get excellent results without having to plant in isolation from other varieties.
