Anaheim Chile Pepper
A type of chile pepper that is about 5 inches in length, is green or red in color, and has a mild to medium-hot flavor.
Mild, sweet, and slightly bitter in flavor, this chile pepper can be used fresh or roasted and is often available canned. If you buy them fresh, Anaheim Chile peppers can be stored in the refrigerator for one week.
