A bread slicing guide is a kitchen tool which is intended to facilitate the slicing of even cuts of bread. It may be combined with a bread box as well, or used in a bread slicing machine.
The one I have is a "Presto Bread Slicing Guide." I purchased it from a wholesale catalog store called Brand Names, for about $12. I have seen similar styles available through other mail-order catalogs.
