The Chinese grapefruit, also known as the pomelo, Bali lemon, pummelo, pamplemousse, Limau besar, or Shaddock, is the largest of all edible citrus fruits.

pomelo/pummelo (PUHM-uh-low) - Also called Chinese grapefruit, shaddock, pumelo, pommelo, and pompelmous. The pummelo is an exotic large citrus fruit that is an ancient ancestor of the common grapefruit.
Pummelos are also commonly known as Chinese grapefruits. The pummelo has more of a natural sweetness to it compared to a grapefruit, and it's perfect in a refreshing fruit salad.
