It does not matter if you are an experience cook or a beginner. I am going to bet you have been in a situation when you are ready to cook or bake the night away, so you get out a cookbook or recipe.

Aerosol cans sold in grocery stores containing vegetable oil or sometimes olive oil which can be sprayed in a fine mist. Especially good for "oiling" cooking pans so food does not stick.

Cooking is the act of preparing food for eating by the application of heat. It encompasses a vast range of methods, tools and combinations of ingredients to alter the flavor or digestibility of food.
