2. Stir cornbread mixes, sour cream, and eggs in a large bowl until smooth. Add 1/2 cup cheese, corn, green onions, and pimento; stir until just combined.
3. Pour into a greased 11x7-inch oblong casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes.

Pour all over cornbread and bread crumbs. Add salt to taste, and sage. Spoon on top of pork chops or chicken, and place in baking dish.
Bake at 350ºF for 30-45 minutes.
