Non-dairy creamer is a milk or cream substitute used primarily for flavoring coffee and tea.

 


We don't give advice, but if we did, we'd advise against using non-dairy creamer in huge quantities and on a regular basis. Most are pretty chock-full of chemicals and additives, and based on coconut oil, palm oil, or other hydrogenated oils.

Quark is a fresh creamery cow's milk cheese, commonly used in Germany, Finland and other parts of Europe, somewhat similar to cream cheese. In Austria, it is called Topfen, the German term Quark normally not being understood.
