Espresso
A rich, thick coffee brewed by forcing water through very fine coffee grounds. A perfect cup of espresso will be rich and dark and topped with a thick layer of "crema.

The other extreme is espresso. A fine grind of strong coffee is packed into a small metal container with a hole in the bottom. Pressurized water is forced through the grounds, where it extracts a strong flavor, then falls into the pot below.

I find the best preparation for most wattleseed dishes is to put the ground wattleseed into an espresso machine and extract it as if I was making an espresso coffee.

Very fine ground coffee is suitable for use in an espresso machine. When making coffee use 1 rounded dessertspoonful of ground coffee per cup for normal strength coffee, this can be adjusted according to taste.
