Farl: a generic term for any triangular piece of baking. The term is commonly used when making Irish soda bread. Fat (of wine): full of body and flavor; fleshy. Fat: one of the basic nutrients used by the body to provide energy.
Brush a frying pan with a little vegetable oil, then fry the soda farl rounds over a low heat for 4-5 minutes on both sides, or until golden and cooked through.
