Fiber is an essential part of a healthy diet, and these recipes make incorporating fiber easy.

Soluble fiber dissolves in water and is found in foods like beans and other legumes, fruits, and oat products (e.g. Oatmeal, Cheerios®). Soluble fiber can help lower cholesterol levels, and therefore can help reduce the risk of heart disease.

The fiber found in whole grains helps lower cholesterol, reduces the risk of heart disease, and helps stabilize blood sugar. In addition, it's been shown to reduce the risk of colon cancer.
