Gaeng Curry Gaeng Keow Wan A green curry made from fresh green chilies. Gaeng Musaman Literally "Muslim curry"; a spiced, hot Indian-style curry.
Green curry paste (prik gaeng kiaw [พริกแกงเขียว]) contains green chiles, much garlic and coriander leaves.
In Thailand, "curry pastes" (prik kaeng or prik gaeng) are ground mixtures of chiles with other fresh spices.
