Garlic juice is juice or oil extracted from garlic, generally using a cold press method. You'll frequently find garlic juice near the spice rack in your local grocery store.
garlic juice Notes: These are sold in spray bottles or in small jars. Look for them in the spice section of larger supermarkets. To make your own: Strain the juice from a jar of minced or pressed garlic.
