Vanilla ice cream
1 mango or any fruit you like
Method :
Remove the skin of the mango and cut into pieces
and put it in the blender and make mango puree.
Then add the vanilla ice cream to it blend and freeze it.

When the ice cream is almost frozen, peel and core the dessert apples and cut into segments. Warm the butter in a frying pan and add the apples with the remaining four tablespoons of golden caster sugar.

A. We're mildly curious as to what prompted your question, but the answer is (drum roll, please) sherbet.
