Lemon sole - A small flat fish resembling sole or flounder.
Lemon verbena - Fragrant, sweet, lemony herb that makes a good tea and adds delicate flavor to custards and similar desserts.

Lemon sole is a cheaper alternative, although the flavour of these fish is not as fine.

This is why the fish markets and restaurants deceptively call much of the flounder sold in America "sole". Gray sole, lemon sole, rex sole, and the Dover sole of the Pacific are all flounders.
