Millet flour:
Finely ground flour from whole millet; a starchy, low-gluten flour with a texture similar to rice flour.

Teff: fine millet flour. Tembo: palm wine.
Togwa: beverage made from fermented germinated sorghum.
Tseme or Nhembatemba: special pot used for storing Dovi (groundnut butter).

Thicker chapatis known as rotlas are often made with millet flour. Puris, or pooris, are chapatis fried in oil so that they are crispy, and puris often form large bubbles as well. Since they are fried, puris should be eaten hot.
