Mint has been used for many centuries. The name comes from the Greek legend of the nymph Minthe, who attracted the attention of Hades.

Mint is often used in Middle Eastern cuisine, and pairs well with lamb. It's also used to make mint jelly, often served with lamb.

Add mint, flour and salt and mix until well blended.
Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan and bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
