Muffin tins treated with a non-stick coating are handy, because muffins slide out easily and there is no need for paper muffin cups or non-stick cooking sprays.

 


Prepare two mini-muffin tins with spray oil. Press the balls of dough against the bottoms and sides of the tins.

Spoon mixture into muffin tins. Sprinkle a very small amount of shredded cheese and powdered bush tomato on top.

Grease 6 muffin tins with cooking spray. Mix pizza crust as required. Form a small ball with the dough (keep hands lightly covered with baking mix).

Place the garlic in a shallow baking dish (or in muffin tins) large enough to hold the number of cloves (and tips, if desired) you'd like to roast. Drizzle the cloves with olive oil (about 2 teaspoons each).

For best results, always line with paper liners or grease just the bottoms and lower thirds of the muffin cups. Mini-muffin tins, also called "tea muffins," are popular in 12-cup and 24-cup pan sizes.

It may be prepared in a shallow baking dish, muffin tins or other small containers, or in the same pan as the roast. Like a hot soufflé, Yorkshire pudding will deflate shortly after it's removed from the oven.

The batter for Yorkshire Pudding is exactly the same as a popover batter, but it is baked in roast beef drippings and becomes a main course "pudding." It may be cooked in one large dish or in muffin tins as small individual puddings.
